1. General Policy

The Falcon Ads provides digital services including Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Development, and Google Ads. Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to us are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

2. Cancellation of Services

Clients may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email or through our contact form. Cancellation requests must clearly mention the service name and reason for cancellation.

If the project has already begun, cancellation will not entitle the client to a refund.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Service not initiated within the committed timeframe
  • Incorrect amount charged due to a technical error

Any refund decision will be at the sole discretion of The Falcon Ads.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Google Ads setup and management
  • Website & App Development
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Consultation and strategy services

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Any chargeback initiated without contacting our support team first may result in permanent suspension of services. We request clients to contact us before raising any dispute with their bank or payment provider.

7. Modification of Policy

The Falcon Ads reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
